Customized Kid's Rug

1. Picture

Take a picture of your favorite drawing and send it to us. Or let your kid (or nephew, niece, cousin any kid) draw their own rug! In my life I have received many drawings and maybe you already have one in mind!

2. Measurements

See the list of sizes or write down a custom size you need.

3. Tassels

Traditionally these rugs come with tassels on one side. With us you have the following options: none, one side, both sides. Tassels will add another 10-15 cm to your rug (free of charge). Please include this information.

4. E-mail

Send us an e-mail at hello@romaisas.com  with the information we need: drawing, measurements, tassels preference. Within 24 hours you will receive a digitized example and a quota. 

5. Payment

Once you agree and receive your payments your drawing will go directly to our artisans.

6. Update

The women in Azilal that we work with are very happy to get these orders. Just like us, they love to make kids happy! We will give you an update to let you know made your rug.

Important information

These rugs are made in Azilal and are short to medium pile (1-2 cm). The people here use combine natural dyed wool with colored wool from the market for very bright colors.

Each rug is made entirely by hand so there will always be small variations in pattern, color and exact size (up to 10 cm / 4" variation) due to the organic nature of the materials but we strive to accurately capture the detail and color so you know what you’re getting. 

Current weave time for these rugs averages around 6 weeks. During this period we will let you know which Artisans is weaving your rug.

You will receive your designed rug within 6 to 8 weeks after your order has been processed.
